Plasma Water Table Replacement
A small puddle on the shop floor revealed a bigger problem with the plasma table. While tracing the leak underneath, Mike pressed against the old water tray—and his finger went through the bottom. It had rusted through and needed to be removed.

A replacement built around the cause of the failure.
For the replacement water tray, KRDesigns switched to aluminum to avoid a repeat of the rust-through problem. Another company helped bend the edges, and Mike built the replacement for the shop’s plasma setup. The project photographs show the tray fabrication and the completed assembly.
